We maintain cold storage chain (2-8°C) for insulin, vaccines, and biological agents with temperature monitoring alarms that trigger SMS alerts if deviations occur. Our pharmacy is integrated with our EMR system - when your doctor prescribes digitally, the medication is dispensed within 5 minutes. We offer unit-dose packaging for inpatients (each dose individually sealed with barcode scanning) eliminating medication errors. For outpatients, we provide clear labeling with drug name, strength, dosage instructions (in local language), and expiry date. We also operate a compounding section for custom preparations - pediatric liquid formulations, dermatological creams, and hormone replacements not commercially available.
