Proud to be Sri Lanka’s most trusted hospital for compassionate and quality healthcare

The Outpatient Department (OPD) is the primary entry point for patients seeking medical consultations without requiring overnight admission. Our OPD features 12 specialized consultation rooms, a dedicated waiting lounge with digital queue management, and separate zones for men, women, and pediatric patients to ensure privacy and comfort. We offer routine health check-ups, preventive care consultations, chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, asthma), minor procedures, and follow-up appointments. Our OPD in Gampaha operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with on-site pharmacy and laboratory services for one-stop convenience
What makes our OPD exceptional is our commitment to minimizing wait times while maximizing consultation quality. We provide unhurried consultations where you can ask questions and fully understand your condition. Our digital queue system provides real-time updates, so you can wait in our comfortable lounge or cafeteria instead of standing in long lines. All our OPD physicians are board-certified with extensive clinical experience. Our integrated EMR system means no repeat paperwork - once registered, your digital health record follows you across all departments for life. We also offer tele-consultations for follow-ups, saving you travel time while maintaining the same quality of care.
Plan your visit wisely: Peak hours are Monday mornings and Saturday forenoons. For routine check-ups, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons are typically quieter. Remember to carry any existing medical reports, a list of current medications, and your insurance card. First-time patients should arrive early for registration. We offer a "Senior Citizen First" protocol on specific days for patients above 65 years. For working professionals, we have extended evening OPD hours on select days. Our hospital app allows you to book appointments, view digital prescriptions, and access lab reports - all without standing in any queue.
